These terms govern your use of mukaabevents.com (“the Website”), a publication of The Vanderbilt Portfolio AG (“the Publisher”). By accessing this Website, you agree to these terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these terms, you must discontinue use of the Website immediately.

This content does not constitute and should not be construed as investment advice, legal advice, professional consulting, or any form of recommendation regarding business decisions, investment allocations, venue selections, or market participation.

Market data accuracy. Data is sourced from official Saudi government publications, credentialed market research firms (including Mordor Intelligence, Coherent Market Insights), venue operators, architectural firms, and international exhibition organizations, as described in our methodology. Despite our verification protocols, published data may contain errors, be based on preliminary estimates that are later revised, or become outdated between updates. The Saudi events market is evolving rapidly, and conditions described in published content may have changed since the article’s last update.

Forward-looking statements. Users should verify current specifications directly with venue operators before making event planning decisions.

User Conduct

Users of mukaabevents.com agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes consistent with these terms. Prohibited conduct includes attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Website’s systems, accounts, or data; interfering with the Website’s operation through technical means (distributed denial-of-service attacks, script injection, unauthorized crawling); impersonating the Publisher, its staff, or its contributors in any communication; using the Website to distribute malicious software, spam, or unauthorized commercial solicitations; and violating any applicable law or regulation while using the Website.

Limitation of Liability

The Vanderbilt Portfolio AG, its directors, employees, contributors, and affiliated parties are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of information published on this platform. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise) and regardless of whether the Publisher has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Content Updates and Archival

Published content may be updated, revised, or removed at the Publisher’s discretion. Market data articles are reviewed quarterly to incorporate new statistics and research. Venue profiles are updated when specifications change. Conference intelligence is updated annually. We maintain the current version of each article and do not provide access to historical versions unless specifically requested for data correction verification purposes.

When articles are substantially revised, we update the “Last updated” date to indicate freshness. Minor corrections (typographical errors, formatting improvements) may not trigger a date change. Data corrections are noted at the bottom of affected articles with correction date and details.

Compliance with Local Laws

Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the Website complies with all applicable local laws and regulations. The Publisher makes no representation that the Website’s content is appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions. Users accessing the Website from outside Switzerland do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

All advertisements are generated by Google’s automated systems based on page content and user browsing behavior, not by the Publisher’s editorial team. The Publisher does not control which specific advertisements appear on any page. The presence of an advertisement does not constitute endorsement of the advertised product, service, or company by the Publisher or the Mukaab Events editorial team.

Advertisements are visually distinguished from editorial content through formatting, placement, and labeling. Users should exercise their own judgment when interacting with advertisements and verify claims made in advertisements independently.

Institutional and Commercial Use

Organizations seeking to use Mukaab Events content for commercial purposes — including incorporation into paid research reports, commercial presentations, training materials, or resale products — must obtain a data licensing agreement. Contact partnerships@mukaabevents.com for licensing terms.

Government agencies, educational institutions, and non-profit organizations may reference and cite Mukaab Events content with attribution for non-commercial research, policy analysis, and educational purposes, subject to the fair use provisions described in the Content and Intellectual Property section.

Dispute Resolution

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, the parties shall attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation. Written notice of the dispute, including a description of the issue and proposed resolution, shall be sent to legal@mukaabevents.com. The parties shall have 30 days from receipt of notice to resolve the dispute through negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to mediation in Zurich, Switzerland, before proceeding to litigation in the courts specified in the Governing Law section.

Subscription and Premium Services

The Website currently provides all editorial content on a free-access basis. If premium content tiers, institutional subscriptions, or paid services are introduced in the future, additional terms governing payment, access, refunds, and service levels will be published separately and will supplement (not replace) these general Terms of Service. Users will be clearly notified of any transition from free to paid content and will have the opportunity to review applicable terms before incurring charges.

Translations and Language

The Website is published in English. Any translations of these terms or other content are provided for convenience only. In the event of conflict between the English version and any translation, the English version prevails. The Publisher is not responsible for inaccuracies in translated content, whether translated by automated tools or human translators.

Force Majeure

The Publisher shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemic, war, terrorism, government actions, communication failures, power failures, or other force majeure events. During a force majeure event, the Publisher’s obligations under these terms are suspended to the extent affected.

Entire Agreement

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Publisher regarding your use of the Website. These terms supersede any prior agreements or communications regarding the Website’s use.

Waiver

The Publisher’s failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of these terms must be in writing and signed by the Publisher.
